1. Ordering Policy for Wholesale / Pro-Dealer Orders
1.1 Wholesale and trade orders can be made directly through our website by logging into your Wholesale / Pro-Dealer account atartecperformance.com.
1.2 Once logged in, you will have access to updated Wholesale / Pro-Dealer pricing, which will automatically be applied during checkout. Wholesale / Pro-Dealer orders can then be submitted through the standard checkout process.
1.3 Should you encounter any issues while logging in or placing an order, you can email us at sales@artecperformance.com for assistance.
1.4 Alternatively, ONLY if you cannot place your order using the website portal, you can email shipping@artecperformance.com to place your order.
2. Payment Policy for Wholesale / Pro-Dealer Orders
2.1 All Wholesale / Pro-Dealer orders placed with our store must be paid via bank wire transfer within 10 days of the order's shipping date. Our bank details will be provided in your order confirmation email.
2.2 For dealers opting to pay via credit card, a 5% processing fee will be applied to cover transaction costs. Dealers opting to pay via credit card MUST contact us stating that you wish to pay via credit card. The fee with credit card payment options will be added to your invoice accordingly.
2.3 If you ignore this and do not contact us first before making a credit card payment, your order will not be shipped until additional fees are invoiced to you and paid.
3. Shipping Policy for Wholesale / Pro-Dealer Orders
3.1 All Wholesale / Pro-Dealer orders are eligible for free shipping EXCEPT orders under 3 total units per invoice, which will incur a $50 handling charge.
