Shipping

All items and orders are shipped from Canada. Orders will ship once payment has cleared, usually 24-48 hours after payment has been processed. 

Handling time and postage guide:

• Small size items that can be sent in a satchel will normally take 1-3 Working days.

• Medium size items, will be sent in satchels / boxes or via courier, generally takes 2-3 working days depending on location.

• Large size items, can only be sent by courier and may take 2-8 working days depending on location.

The maximum delivery time frame will apply to addresses that are located in rural or remote areas. 

Express shipping is only valid to areas that fall within the express post zone and still cannot be 100% guaranteed. Express shipping does not mean an order will be received within 24 hours of being placed or the following day, this service is always determined on what time and when an order placed.

ARTEC Performance may use the quickest carrier/method for delivery regardless of which method is chosen upon checkout.

Note: There will be a delay in handling time during holiday periods and public holidays.

ARTEC Performance is not responsible for lost or damaged orders where a customers have changed the delivery instructions to authority to leave.

Backordered Products Policy

At ARTEC, we strive to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all our products. However, due to high demand or supply chain factors, some items may become backordered. This policy outlines our approach to managing backordered products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Notification of Backorder

  • An up to date stock status of each product will be shown on the product page.
  • If a product is unavailable for immediate shipment, the product stock indicator will display "backorder" and the add to card button will also display "backorder".

2. Order Handling

  • Customers may choose to either hold the entire order until all products are in stock or request partial shipments. Partial shipments may incur additional shipping fees.

3. Payment for Backordered Items

  • Individual Orders: Payment for backordered items is processed at the time of purchase, ensuring your place in the queue once the product comes back in stock. 
  • Wholesale Orders: Wholesale customers are billed in accordance with the wholesale payment terms. 

4. Communication

  • We will provide regular updates regarding the status of backordered items via email. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, our customer service team is available to assist you.
